happyhotel closes €6.5M Series A with Reimann Investors leading the round

Offenburg/Munich, February 19, 2026 – happyhotel, the revenue management platform for independent hotels and hotel groups in Europe, has successfully completed a Series A financing round worth €6.5 million. The round is led by the venture capital fund of Reimann Investors. Existing investors such as Start-up BW Innovation Fonds, seed + speed, and the family office Wecken & Cie have also reinvested.

From revenue management software to AI sales agents

Hotels are under increasing pressure today: rising costs, volatile demand, and dependence on online booking portals make it difficult for many establishments to operate profitably. happyhotel positions itself as an intelligent control center in the triad between property management systems (PMS), revenue management software (RMS), and major online booking platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia. Instead of competing with these OTA platforms, happyhotel complements them in a targeted manner: The solution leverages the reach and sales power of OTAs, but actively optimizes when and at what price rooms are displayed – thereby maximizing revenue per booking for hoteliers. happyhotel already optimizes the distribution of over 50,000 hotel rooms in 12 countries, generating annual hotel revenue of over €1 billion.

With the fresh capital, happyhotel is accelerating its expansion in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other European markets while also investing heavily in the further development of its AI sales agent. The agent analyzes a wide range of market and demand data in real time—from local events and competitor prices to seasonal booking patterns and macroeconomic trends—and uses this information to derive precise price recommendations. The AI agent is gradually taking on more complex tasks and evolving from a support tool to an autonomous AI sales agent that enables hoteliers to make even more precise and efficient decisions to optimize revenue.
