Stockholm/Munich, 25 September 2025 – Reimann Investors is delighted to announce the successful stock market debut of our long-standing portfolio company Klarna (Symbol: "KLAR"). The Swedish fintech platform achieved a valuation of 15.1 billion USD at its initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), with an issue price of 40 USD per share. After its IPO debut, with a 15% price increase, the share stabilised at 43 USD.
Klarna’s success marks a milestone in our long-term fintech strategy, which began with our investment in SOFORT – acquired by Klarna in 2014 and now the foundation of Klarna's European expansion. As an early investor, we have accompanied Klarna’s development into a global market leader with over 110 million active users in more than 25 countries.
This success validates our focused investment strategy in B2B SaaS and fintech innovations, as well as our trust in visionary management teams such as that led by founder & CEO Sebastian Siemiatkowski.
