Munich, February 5, 2025 – Reimann Investors is pleased to announce the appointment of Samuel Schuler as Co-Managing Director of its Venture Capital business. Schuler joins from yabeo, a leading Munich-based venture capital firm, where he served as a Partner. He brings extensive and long-standing experience in financing early-stage startups, gained through his work with respected institutions such as Allianz X and Bertelsmann.

A well-recognized financial expert, Schuler possesses in-depth knowledge of the Fintech and B2B software sectors. His investment strategy goes beyond simply providing capital; he and his new team prioritize close collaboration with portfolio companies, offering both expertise and strategic support to create sustainable added value – not only for the startups themselves, but also for shareholders and investors, many of whom have entrepreneurial backgrounds.

New generation of funds for B2B software and fintech companies

During this exciting phase, Reimann Investors is also pleased to announce the successful launch of a new generation of funds. These funds will be selectively invested in promising B2B software and Fintech companies within the DACH region, particularly during Series A and growth-stage financings. The fund aims to promote innovative startups in these future-oriented sectors and actively support their growth.

Recent successes for Reimann Investors include investments in Linearity and Predium, some of which were made even before the fund's closing. These investments reflect the firm's clear strategic focus on investing in dynamically growing startups that deliver significant value to their clients. Both companies are distinguished by technological innovation and their ability to effectively meet regulatory and economic demands.

“We are delighted to welcome Samuel Schuler, an absolute expert, to our venture capital team,” said Hans-Christian Perle, Managing Director of Reimann Investors. “We are confident that together with Samuel, our team, and our broad investor base, we will provide a unique value proposition for high-growth software and Fintech startups and soon add more exciting companies to our portfolio.”
