Usercentrics

Usercentrics, founded in 2017 by Mischa Rürup, Lisa Gradow and Vinzent Ellissen provides a software solution for consent management. It allows websites and apps to collect, manage and document user consent for data processing.

Reimann Investors invested in Usercentrics in 2018.

Usercentrics helps customers comply with global privacy regulations, such as the GDPR, the CCPA and the LGPD, by offering a customizable and user-friendly consent management platform (CMP) that integrates with various marketing tools and platforms. It also offers features like A/B testing, opt-out reactivation, contextual consent and audit-proof documentation.

In 2021, Usercentrics merged with Cybot, a leading European CMP provider. The merged company, led by Mischa Rürup as CEO, is one of the largest consent management providers in the world, with over one million active domains and over 10 billion consents per month.

Usercentrics serves over 900,000 websites in over 180 countries across various industries, such as retail, consumer goods, media, finance, education and healthcare. Some of its notable customers are Daimler, ING Diba, Konica Minolta, Bosch, Siemens and Zalando.
